The project compliment on the ongoing Government efforts in adaptation to climate change impacts and disaster risk management. Through our campaign of #FreshAirFreshLife aims at planting 10000 trees year to increase green cover and preserving natural resources.
KESHOBORA initiative envision to address challenges that students or young generation are facing in academic journey, and finding possible solutions to combat with those challenges. After the baseline survey conducted by Empower The Community organisation the following are the challenges that students are facing in their academic journey. The project is implementing in Kondoa District, Dodoma Region. · School drop-outs · Peer pressure and individual characteristics of the students themselves. · Parenting practices, including monitoring a child’s progress in school, communicating with the school, and knowing the parents of their children’s friends, can influence school drop outs or stay in school. · Characteristics of school such as policies and practices play a part in students’ decisions.
